Refunds for Digital Goods

For ebooks and audiobooks, as these are instant downloads, no refund can be given.  Refunds for instant download purchases (digital materials) will only be given if you buy a duplicate item within 48 hours of first purchase in which case the duplicate item will be refunded. 

Refunds for Customized Physical Goods

Refunds for customized physical goods can not be given.  These include: signed copies of print books and customized clothing or merchandise. 

Refunds for Pre-orders

You may cancel a preorder for a digital product up to 3 business days before the availability/shipping date listed for the item. Upon cancelation, you will receive a full refund of the order value.  No refunds will be given on orders canceled with less than 3 business days notice. No refunds will be given once the order has been fulfilled and the item has been delivered.

Pre-orders for any physical product may be canceled up to 10 business days prior to the availability/shipping date for a full refund.  No refunds will be given for pre-orders canceled with less than 10 business days notice from the availability/shipping date listed on the item.

All other purchases

For all other purchases, we offer a refund or replacement of your items within 10 days of receiving your item.  The choice is yours. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

By downloading or accessing a digital product, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right to withdraw from the purchase under the 14-day cooling-off period provided by applicable EU consumer protection laws for digital content supplied electronically.

 

Requesting a Refund or Replacement

Please email store@amyknuppbooks.com within 10 days of receiving your product. Please use the subject "Returns" and include your name, order number, reason for return, and the items you would like to return. If item is damaged, we will gladly refund or resend your items.
