Amy Knupp has done it again! This series has been AMAZING!! I have listened to everyone of these books and then I had to buy the scenery books from Amy because the covers are STUNNING and these books are a MUST have. I once again fell head over heels in love with Magnolia & Luke. I also loved spending time with past characters. This book will have you feeling you emotions but will also make your heart melt.
Erin Mallon and Ryan West were the narrators and these two told Luke & Magnolia's story with so much heart. They made you feel a connection with the characters. I also loved that they held my attention and kept me entertained the entire time I was listening to this book.
Magnolia is a event wedding planner and has been growing her business in Dragonfly Lake. When her best friend get engaged she asks her to plan her wedding. The only downfall is she has to work with Luke the man she has been fighting with for years.
Luke is a single dad to his daughter and is running the family farm. He wants to take advantage of there barn by growing his own business and transforming it so they can hold weddings or other events. His mutual friends will be the first ones to have an event there and it will be for a wedding! So now he's trying to get this place transformed in time for their big day. But as he's trying to do that he has to work with Magnolia.
These two were friends then a little more when they were younger. But a lie that was told will tear them apart and have them hating each other for years. As they start working together they start getting closer but they have a lot to over come because they will come face to face with the past and will finally find out the truth.
I LOVED the chemistry these two had and the love he had for his daughter. Magnolia was so sweet to his daughter and I liked their bond that would take place. This book will have you go through some emotional moments but it's worth every minute for the beautiful ending you will get. I love Amy Knupp's writing and how she tells a story. I always get hooked from the beginning and I never want the book to end. I highly recommend this book and this entire series.
